At OffbeatDestination Travels, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering operational costs and commitments. Please read the following terms carefully before making a booking.

1. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: 90% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the trip start date: 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the trip start date: No refund will be provided.
• Last-minute cancellations or no-shows: No refund will be provided.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for booking.
• Any transaction fees, service charges, or bank processing charges are non-refundable.
• If the trip is canceled by OffbeatDestination Travels due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient group size), customers will be offered a full refund or an option to reschedule.

3. Modifications & Rescheduling

• Changes to bookings (such as date modifications) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Requests for modifications should be made at least 10 days before the trip start date.

4. Special Cases

• In case of emergencies (such as medical issues or bereavement), partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis with valid documentation.
• If a customer chooses to leave a trip voluntarily after it has started, no refund will be provided for unused services.
